- EWEvelyn WittApr 4, 20241.0Horrible customer service. I received a package and Monica said she put a notice in my box ( she didnt) She said she kept the package for 15 days before returning. She did not return it. JCPenney never received anything from the PO. Their records show that Monica received it. We come to et our mail at the post office EVERYDAY and she never mentioned a package. She hung up on me twice. I don't think she realizes that she works for me. If it is not at the post office - wonder where it is???

- MTMelissa TerrazasApr 29, 20211.0Went to this post office today to ask a question about a package that was supposedly sent to that location and the lady working was so rude and disrespectful saying that she closed two minutes ago and had a very “Karen” attitude. During these difficult time’s, people need to treat people with kindness, if they refuse to do that, then they do not need to be working with the public. So sad. She is being reported.
