- EWEvelyn WittApr 4, 20241.0Horrible customer service. I received a package and Monica said she put a notice in my box ( she didnt) She said she kept the package for 15 days before returning. She did not return it. JCPenney never received anything from the PO. Their records show that Monica received it. We come to et our mail at the post office EVERYDAY and she never mentioned a package. She hung up on me twice. I don't think she realizes that she works for me. If it is not at the post office - wonder where it is???

During these difficult time’s, people need to treat people with kindness, if they refuse to do that, then they do not need to be working with the public. So sad. She is being reported.

I have found them helpful and very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is the hours. They are not open after 3:30 or on Saturday for me to pick up packages. I work across town and do not have time to get to the post office before it closes when I have a "yellow notice" to pick up a package. I wish they had some Saturday hours to make this easier for those of us in this situation.
