KNOW AND DO YOUR JOB!!!! pick up the dang phones and earn your paycheck! There is NEVER an excuse for poor service, especially when the issue was YOUR SERVICE'S FAULT! I finally was transferred to the lady who delivers the mail, even though she was the one who made the package mistake, at least she was nice and rectified the situation- and she was very cordial and apologetic. The office workers NEED to practice self accountability and be more like her!
