- OFO FfJan 3, 20225.0My package was sent to the Ruidoso post office, I went over there to pick it up, they instructed me to go to the Ruidoso Downs post office the package was sent there. Nancy at the Ruidoso Downs post office said the package was still at the Ruidoso post office, she offered to drive over there and get it for me. I left my name and number with her. She just called stating the package made it to the Ruidoso Downs post office and she put it in a parcel locker and I can pick it up at anytime! Nancy went out of her way displaying excellent customer service. I am in hopes her superior sees this and gives her a bonus or a raise. Thank you Nancy!!!
