- CSChris StuartDec 4, 20251.0I don't know how many packages I've had lost or misdelivered. Today it said could not deliver my package because mailbox was full after about 20 attempts to call because the line is always busy the man on the phone tells me "they will not give me my package if I went down there to pick it up myself". I asked what is the point of having a pickup window that's open till 5:00 if I cannot pick up my package. He said they are not going to dig through all of that mail to get my package. So now I have to wait for them to attempt to redeliver it again and hope that this time it is actually delivered and not lost or misdelivered
