Delivered on one day but may take up to three additional days to get the package out of the parcel container. This has happened a half dozen times over the last 18 months. Calling the post office for assistance... good luck getting anyone to answer.
- JJjustinAug 7, 20191.0This location lost extremely important medicine that is needed to keep my unborn child alive in the womb. Our address was forwarded to our new (current) one before the package was sent to us (we moved between houses in Rio rancho). The last update was the item was scanned at this location twice and somehow it’s missing. We went in on a Tuesday evening and the employee told us that he would have a supervisor look for the package and call us back later that evening. We never received a call. We went back in, in person, the next day and the individual that was supposed to look was never notified. Apparently they spent all day looking for the package and came up with nothing. It’s ridiculous there is no accountability with lost packages, especially medication. Consider using ups or fedex for important packages if possible.
