When my mailbox was broken into they were extremely unhelpful. I have not received my mail in almost 3 months. I'm still trying to get a key to the new lock box. I've had to go to the post office twice and nobody gives you any answers. They are terrible!

😂😂 I was going to share my experience but it looks like the 2 stars overall sums it up. Just because you’re a Federal Employee doesn’t mean you’re not in the customer service field. LAZY!!!!!

I just moved into a new construction home and was given mailbox keys, but no one could tell me where my mailbox is located. There are only a few houses in the area, and the only mailbox cluster I’ve seen is two streets away. When I asked for help, staff were sarcastic and acted like I should already know, apparently they didn’t know either and would just call me when they figure it out.
