    Holy cow, usually I have a good experience at this post office, but I just encountered the most rude employee. My kids grandparents sent us a package to the wrong address, and it was being held here for pickup. I was explaining that I was unsure whose name they put on the package, and explaining the situation, and she just kept interrupting or walking away when I was talking. I didn't catch her name but she had a long grey-ish ponytail. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but her customer service skills could use some work. When she handed me my package, I said thank you and she just grunted lmao.

    This man is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. I left crying. I told him my package was missing an item and he rudely said “I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW” and I asked well can you tell me how much it weighs so I can compare it to the tracking number I have? “I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IT WEIGHS” and I’m like okay…. Well I need all of my items I don’t wanna pick up my package if there’s items missing. And he said “OKAY GET OUT GOODBYE” and he proceeded to argue with me and yell in front of everyone. I asked him for my slip back and he refused to help me

    The laziest post office. They never scan any of my packages. Of course this time the one they don’t scan is a very expensive order that I’m out because they lost. Please stop being lazy and scan everything. It ruins people businesses when you can’t do things like scan. Never had this issue in 7 years of being a seller. Get it together.
