My kids grandparents sent us a package to the wrong address, and it was being held here for pickup. I was explaining that I was unsure whose name they put on the package, and explaining the situation, and she just kept interrupting or walking away when I was talking. I didn't catch her name but she had a long grey-ish ponytail. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but her customer service skills could use some work. When she handed me my package, I said thank you and she just grunted lmao.

Please stop being lazy and scan everything. It ruins people businesses when you can’t do things like scan. Never had this issue in 7 years of being a seller. Get it together.
