He told this is his store and he can do whatever he can and refused to give his name. Only thing I told was be nice to customers as he kept on harressing me. I was the only customer at that time. This is a new employee to my knowledge, I have been to this ups stiore for a long time, never had any issues. Everyone was sweet. This guy is different, mean, bossy.disregard customers. Sometimes even there are customers waiting, he is busy with something else. Very disrespectful, but others are very attentive to customers
