As a government agency with posted hours . The standard should be held up to operate accordingly so that customers feel they can count on them .

BOTH female employees were very rude, shoved my new keys, and walked away while I was still talking. The employee with short hair got very defensive on how the other employee left a note on my mailbox, which I had gone to my mailbox over 3x and there was NO note. Also, I called 5+ times and no answer. I hope they are able to get the proper training on how to deal with customers, because this is NOT how.
