- SSSeven Rivers SherryMay 17, 20231.0Matilda, Betty, Eric...all miserable. They pretend to be nice, but they really REFUSE to do their jobs. Lots of excuses about "policy"; but absolutely no consideration for their fellow human beings. I bet they deliver their own packages to themselves! Yes, this is a continuation of all of the other complaints about them not delivering packages. I should NOT have to LIE and say I have a SUITE to get around their own dumb rules. I don't want a PO Box, I don't want to deal with them, I WILL NOT lie and say I have a suite when I do not! I have a dozen friends/relations that all have PO Boxes, and NONE of them have any trouble getting their packages due to employee malfeasance/spite like we do here in Mountainair. So sad.

This is a small town, though, so I'll cut them some slack. The waits are short. My only real beef is the hours. Those are set by the federal government I'm sure, but the hours are limited compared to other and larger branches. PLUS, we're all required to buy a PO Box as there's no delivery to our residences. This causes tons of issues with many shippers. I wish they'd at least have mailboxes in clusters on the end of certain roads.
