- BBBritney BarkerAug 19, 20241.0The lady working was beyond rude. Told me they didn’t have my package when they actually did. She didn’t even check just wasted my time. Now I have to drive back there and deal with the rude lady again to hopefully get my package.

Honestly the worse post office experience in my 50+ years. Go to Grants, go to Ramah, drive all the way to Abq... but I would not stop here. Message to the employees.... if you don't want to work that day ... just stay home. Customer service is not optional in your business. You make the USPS look bad. Wait for the complaint letter.
