- PCPriscilla CarbajalMay 3, 20231.0I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday and they said no one was home so they left a slip. I was home all day! I rescheduled the package said it was being held here so I called to get an update and the lady was RUDE. I was asking a question and she interrupted before I could finish my sentence. I received confirmation that my package was delivered to a parcel locker and it was never delivered and I rescheduled it to be delivered to my door no the locker. If you cannot deliver good customer service maybe this isn’t the right field for you.
