It would not be a bad Post Office if one lady didn’t work there, she is the rudest, most horrible woman I’ve ever met. Apparently, they don’t know how to put mail in the right boxes nor do they know how to hand out packages. The rude clerk usually in there has decided that I ended up with somebody else’s mail and forced a box open with a key that didn’t go in that box. Honestly, I’ve never been so disappointed in an establishment like I am today. She apparently doesn’t know how to do her job right and wants to put the blame on other people….. other people being me . Well, I’m so sorry to let you down lady, but I didn’t get your box or package or whatever, so being rude isn’t getting you anywhere… and I’m officially going to file a complaint.

I see they delete negative reviews. I'm sure this one will be gone as well, as my previous review has disappeared somehow. This post office used to be good about 5 years ago. Now, I get everybody else's mail in my post office box, half the time my mail ends up in somebody else's box or I simply don't see it at all. This year I never received my W-2. By far not the only important documents I've never received. This is not an occasional occurrence, this happens all the time now. I'm constantly returning other people's mail that clearly does not my have my PO box number on it. It's as if they just shove the mail into whatever box is closest. Not receiving important documents is greatly concerning. A mistake once in a while is acceptable, but this is a very frequent occurrence and absolutely needs to be fixed. I do not appreciate other people receiving personal documentation of mine and it not being returned. So now this means others in the village has my personal information (date of birth, social security number, bank information) That's completely unacceptable! Something needs to be done about this immediately!
