I went in to get my son's passport. The front desk clerk argued with me that I had to pay for expedited shipping because I was requesting expedited processing and that the amount of my money order was wrong. She was incorrect, but very rude. Still received my son's passport. I also asked to send his birth certificate in a protective sleeve. She wouldn't do it and now it's damaged and ripped from shipping.

Yesterday I received a box that was crammed into my mail box. I had to use a small crowbar to get it out. Nearly ruined my mail box.

The employees working the desk are two of the rudest individual's I believe I have ever had had to deal with in my 54 yrs. I mean wow....if you can't deal with the public why take employeement thats main focus is providing services for the PUBLIC!! Why is there not a supervisor, that could monitor how these front employees are so rude and hateful for the slightest questions that might require them doing more than just standing in one spot.. These are employees that our tax dollars, provide them a way to treat us this way. Something needs to be done!!! I've read all these reviews and none are complimenting this staff, it's very clear the supervisor has the same attitude because he's allowing all this ...I intend to go beyond him and get something done with these ungrateful employees. My mail gets held until they have "enough" to deliver. I have had paychecks a week late because they didn't want to bring just one piece of mail out.
