  The ladies that worked, there are so helpful and have a smile on their face and give great suggestions, the cards in there for Thanksgiving are so good, and I would’ve missed it if one of the ladies had mentioned them. Their attention to detail is phenomenal, their calm And centered on their customer. I’ve used this place for a few years and love it. Oh, and they give 5% discount for veterans, I’m glad I asked!

  Male worker opened the door for me l approached the counter female employee said " I don't know why people do this " I asked what do they do she very rudely replied " come in at the last minute " Excuse me. Your hours of operation state they close at 1:00 | walked in 5 min before ! From previous reviews why does this employee still have a job at this location. If the hours of operations for this business do not align with her hours then maybe this isn't a right fit for her.

  Never again. Clerks are impatient, rude and act like it's an inconvenience to work. No smiles. Constant errors.. The copy machine is often broken. They can't make copies of PowerPoint. The trash is always overflowing. We need a FedEx in Los Lunas.

  I went in on Monday with a single 8.5x11 sheet of paper that had my original signature and asked if they had a paper cutter, explaining that I needed the two long sides trimmed, pointing to the exact area. The young male clerk said that he'd have to cut it by hand with a cutter on a grid board. An unfriendly mature woman charged me $1.05 and gave him a box cutter because hers was better than his. He spent 5 minutes cutting the edges while mumbling about whether the blade was good or not. When he finally brought me his handiwork, he'd cut the FOUR EDGES, CROOKED, and TORN! I refused to accept it. The woman came over and took the sheet. She made a copy (no original signature now) and then started cutting the 2 edges only since I reminded them of that fact. She spent another 5 minutes at it, even though another worker had prepared a new blade for her. Eventually, she brought me the 2 sheets. Her work was just as bad. Now I had TWO botched sheets. I told her that their work was unacceptable; that I had to go back and print the document again. She gave No apology and didn't offer to return the $1.05. Looks like I paid for their incompetence. I can only imagine the number of botched jobs produced at this establishment for other clients. I feel sorry for those people. If there was an option for giving this UPS store a "minus star" review, I would. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them.
