I conduct business at this location primarily because it is the only store available in town. However, I have consistently encountered unprofessional behavior from some employees, particularly among the older staff, who appear to be dissatisfied with their roles and may be continuing to work due to financial necessity.
During my recent visit, I was not greeted upon entering, so I made an effort to say "Good Morning." Unfortunately, an older employee ignored my greeting and continued cleaning a table instead of offering assistance. When I inquired about an envelope, her response was simply, "I don’t know."
It is concerning that staff members are unable to provide even basic assistance to customers. While I understand that not everyone may have a cheerful demeanor, it is essential for employees to prioritize customer service. Regardless of age or job satisfaction, providing support to clients should be a fundamental aspect of their roles.
This experience is not isolated, as I have encountered similar rudeness from these employees in the past. Therefore, I felt it necessary to share my feedback, joining others who have voiced similar concerns. I urge UPS and management to address these issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
I want to clarify that I am not seeking an apology or an explanation regarding your culture guide, as it is evident that your staff does not uphold the company's values.

About a year I went and just thought the women there were having a bad day. Went in again a couple of months ago and felt bad energy. Decided to give them one more chance and found that they are some of the rudest people I have had to deal with in a long time. I will not be back!
