- LHLaura Holt3 days ago2.0I dropped off a letter, with the correct postage on it, in the lobby drop box. Three weeks later.....NOPE! Repo man is looking for my vehicle now because you can't deliver a letter in 7-10 business days any more. Three WEEKS! Go digital on EVERYTHING!

I also uses to work for a power company and would deliver turn off notifications every month with how poorly operated and managed the operation is. Would give is negative stars if I could. Go to White rock at all costs
