I was returning several items and brought my own boxes in, and she went above and beyond by helping me put everything together and making sure it was packed correctly. She was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall. I really appreciate the extra help and will definitely be back.

Doors lockup up and nobody in sight at 2:58. I know it is just 2 minutes, but would have been nice for them to help me out before closing the doors a few minutes early.

I had just had oral surgery and it was difficult to talk but he was patient and did not rush me even though a line was beginning he was not rude or abrupt. He took my items and found a box for me and even asked if I wanted him to use the wrapping paper I brought as well as assuring me he would take all precautions that my hand made items would not be damaged due to a lack of careful packing. He was wonderful!!!
