    Dude that works at the front sucks at customer service, should not be allowed to work in that section. Was no help at all literally told me to just go online and do something that I already tried doing. Dude is very special, really smart by the way if you know what I mean!

    easy in and out to pay for a 2 day delivery item! staff was nice and knowledgable and tried to get me a deal. although it didn't work, it was nice of him to try anyway! thank you las cruces

    It's approximately $4 for them to print a label for a UPS package... how does printing a UPS label, the namesake of the store cost $4. Paper is less then 4 cents per sheet. The employee doubled down saying that they are a franchisee... it’s disappointing to learn that a member of our own community appears to be taking advantage of fellow local residents. Real winners folks.

    First, James has always been kind and helpful, but my experience with Dominique has made me decide to NEVER do business with UPS again. She is very rude, zero customer service skills, has a bad attitude, not helpful in the least, and I have witnessed this behavior with other customers not just myself. I have used this store for other things, but the first time trying to send a package 2 day delivery for perishable items, they outnof nowhere decided to "reschedule" the delivery date despite having paid over $92 for 2 day delivery. Trying to dona claim online instructs to go to the store for a "Guaranteed Service Refund". Tried that the day it was supposed to be delivered since it had been rescheduled. Went back a couple days later, got major attitude from Dominique that a claim couldnt be done until the package was delivered. If she had actually checked before giving me attitude she would have seen it was delivered already. Was given zero additional information on this process. Went back the next day, again major attitude from her, saying she did the claim, "UPS has 8 business days to respond. You'll be hearing something" is all I got from her. I was never told any of this the times I went in there prior trying to take care of this issue. She is the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with in any customer service type setting and im surprised she still has a job there. After this refund is taken care of I will never be doing business with UPS again. ***Update*** I contacted the corporate customer service people, they handed this off to a branch manager and eventually branch owner Javier Martinez. The store wanted to refund me $76.75 of the $92.24 I spent for two day delivery, claiming they had to deduct for gas spent since they did deliver the package. Not considering I paid for TWO DAY DELIVERY for perishable items that they took four days to deliver. That is ridiculous. I didnt even ask for reimbursement for the items that were spoiled, but they wanted to deduct from my refund. I was told that corporate finally agreed to pay the rest to refund me my full $92.24. To top it off, I was told a refund would be issued through Zelle, Vermont, or Cashapp, none of which I use. I had to be mailed a check that I finally got on March 16th. Somehow I couldn't be given a refund at the store like any other business is somehow able to do. Or perhaps they can and that was just another detail that was not given to me. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Completely 100% dissatisfied with the customer service from this store, from UPS in general, and will stick to USPS after this.
