They are lazy and so entitled. It’s to the point that you can’t even park your car in front of your own house. Or they put stuff in your mailbox saying, you to close to your own mailbox.

I've read all the reviews and was not happy to read them. I just moved to a new place and didn't have the mailbox key. The previous tenants had their own PO box and the apartment manager did not have one. So I thought I was going to have major problems, a long wait and rude people. But I got there in the afternoon and there was no line and 2 employees working the counter, each helping someone. I was next in 30 seconds from walking in the door. The man behind the counter was Ben and he was very pleasant. He listened to my problem, told me what I needed to do, which was very little compared to how the website made out to be. Ben got the form I had to fill out, explained to me what happens next and when I'll get my key. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was not looking forward to going but the PO on Las Cruces Ave. was wonderful. 👍👍 to Ben and is excellent customer service!

These people are the worse! Keep having my packages returned saying incorrect address but I've used the same address for 10 years and get junk mail with this address, but every time I get actual valuable mail to my house it never finds it's way into my community locked boxes. It's always returned because of invalid address.
