Apparently he couldn't get the email even after he verified the address was correct. Franchise operated UPS stores like this are simply inconsistent in providing appropriate customer service. Of the 3 located in Las Cruces....2 including this location are clear examples of inept service. One more left to try, but I am not hopeful as the main street store did a disservice previously.

I called the store prior to going explaining my situation. Immediately after entering the establishment I was greeted with a friendly hello and informed that I would be assisted as soon as he was finished with the lady infront of me. He explained my charges, the insurance policy, and guaranteed arrival. He was patient with me and answered all my questions even with having a line behind me. I feel blessed to say this because it is hard to find good customer service in this modern day! But I received excellent customer service today! And I will recommend this location and Jacob every chance I get.
