I had just had oral surgery and it was difficult to talk but he was patient and did not rush me even though a line was beginning he was not rude or abrupt. He took my items and found a box for me and even asked if I wanted him to use the wrapping paper I brought as well as assuring me he would take all precautions that my hand made items would not be damaged due to a lack of careful packing. He was wonderful!!!
