From comments like "ughhhh now I have to make another box" and "here I am thinking I was getting out on time today" "omg that's not the last one? Whyyyy..you know there's also kohls" At the end of the day I'm sure he doesn't care because it's just a job for him; but when a business like staples gets paid for Amazon returns; I'm totally fine with taking my Returns to kohls. At the end of the day it isn't kohls that looks like a ghost town. So, I think staples needs Amazon more than they need them; as such, one customer doing this may not be a big impact in the grand scheme of things, but this customer will be going to kohls for returns now.
