- ADAndy Diaz2 days ago5.0Drove an hour to get here after receiving a damaged item (it was faster than shipping and all that) and when I walk in Annabelle is immediately the most radiant customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She greeted me warmly with a smile and immediately took care of the issue with no hesitation while being what every company’s dream employee should be like. 10/10 experience and she even sold me on the warranty and I bought two of them. Hopefully they treat her and other employees like her well. There was another guy there too who greeted me as I walked in and assured me they would help me asap. Good stuff.

Policy states that he is supposed to price match per customer not household , didnt even want to sell us more then limit for one customer, so now me and my family dont have cards that we wanted to purchase , he even stated him self that it's per customer then changed his mind on the spot saying per house hold even after his employee said before that it was okay to buy the limit per customer , ridiculous the manager is on a power trip over pokemon cards and now my nephews wont be getting pokemon cards thanks for ruining the experience, update your policy or update the manager because it was a unpleasant experience for our family.
