She never once made us feel like a burden for being there.

He rejected our appointment because I didnt have a passport picture which I included when I made the appointment. He said they couldnt take a photo. I ended up going to Walgreens came back when walk in hours was and he still told me he couldnt help me because he was “fully booked” even on walk in hours.
