- JHJonathon HollisterSep 25, 20251.0This post office has the biggest problem delivering packages to the correct address. On several occasions I have gotten someone else's mail. I once got someone else's package. Today, they scanned my package as delivered, put it in a locker, then put the key into the wrong mailbox. I have no way of knowing who may have gotten my package. The workers here don't seem to care about their jobs. This isn't an occasional thing. This happens all the time. Instead of getting my package like I had hoped, I instead got someone else's mail. Great job guys! It's a wonder people can get their mail at all. The worst part is that I can't even submit a lost mail request until 7 days after the delivery date. Even though I know what happened, they won't do anything about it for a week. I just have to hope that the products I paid money for that was placed in someone else's locked box gets back to me at some point. I've never had this many issues with the post office. I really don't think they even care.

- KSKerin SchovanecOct 28, 20191.0Both times I’ve gone to the actual office there’s been a rude employee who interrupted me and cut me off while asking a question or simply speaking to her. Also I don’t know who they changed dropping mail off, but I used to get any packages dropped at my door before lunchtime, and now I don’t get them until around 4 or 5 in the afternoon. No knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. They leave it at the door or walkway and just leave. So I have no clue it’s even there until later that night when my husband gets home or if I get notified by email or amazon on my phone. At this point the mail on base, both post office and mail service, is worse than off base and that’s really bad.
