The workers are friendly and try to help as much as they can. I haven't had any problems so far.

Don't get me wrong. There are some hardworking and dedicated employees that work here. However, it's the few bad apples that'll ruin your experience here. The bad apples were the early morning supervisor and the evening supervisor who receive the mail from Lubbock PD&F in the back. Both are rude and untruthful. They lied on multiple occasions about me being late for my scheduled arrivals, though the computer log in my truck proved their accusations false. When that didn't work they tried other methods to get me terminated without success. Seeing some of the reviews on supervisors, I can tell you that it was probably them with the salty and sour attitudes. They like to blame the others that work endless hours to serve you. I know that parcels are late because of the way USPS Lubbock and Amarillo PD&F set up their logistics system, which thankfully will be fixed soon.
