  This a long story short my brother took 2 packages. A lady there weight 2 packages but only one tracking number. Only one item arrived and according to them 2 different packages can not be shipped with only 1 tracking #. They were very expensive shoes that not even the manager wants to help. We called the police. Becareful doing business here.

  I waited at home all day to sign for my package. The small package was clearly marked electronics. The delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. My neighbor found my SMART PHONE under the doormat !!!

  I arrived at 5:55 PM, back my truck up to the door dropped tail gate etc to get my box out ( 3X8.) Through this entire time I’m being watched by two employees of which observed me walk to the door and attempt to open it. The door was locked and I was met with two emotionless employees staring through a window. I looked around to see if there was another entrance due to plywood being staged on windows near by. I also looked to see if there were hours posted on the door, and they were not. So I sit my box down Google the location and see it says the store closes at 6:00. By this point it is now 5:58 I realize the employees did not care so I loaded my box back up and as soon as I close my tailgate and open my door to enter my truck the employees zip out and close the door back as fast as they can with no words spoken. I do understand business may close a few mins early, but there were no postings and no one inside. Overall a poor interaction with this facility.

  No way to contact UPS. Multiple deliveries never made. Worst company ever

  Don’t use this UPS my daughter mailed a $1000 I Phone to me and I never received the package. Now I have to file a claim and loss an I Phone. The manager Heidi is blaming the UPS in Albuquerque. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!!!😡😡🤬😡🤬 No IPhone still and it’s going on 16 days. Still waiting for my IPhone to be delivered. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE😡🤬😡🤬 ***UPDATE June 2023 -This UPS Store NEVER recovered my package $1000 dollar IPhone they paid my daughter $100. Not a good settlement where’s my $900 Heidi!!! Don’t trust this UPS Store. They will rob you!! Use the regular post office . No deep investigation was done. How can you loose a package that was sent from your store and blame Albuquerque UPS. When the package was mailed from Hobbs UPS Store!!!
