I thought it only happened at the one in Gallup, NM, where the staff is rude and indifferent, but it seems to be a pattern. I came to apply for my passport, and at first the young man with two braids seemed friendly. He told me to come back later and said he would help me. When I returned, he said, "'Il be right with you," but then he completely ignored me as if I wasn't even there. He helped other people who arrived after me and kept acting like I didn't exist. When I finally asked him again, he responded reluctantly and with a bad attitude, telling me someone else would assist me. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
- PPpapaGhurkaAug 19, 20243.0I've been using general delivery for a while. Aug '24, a clerk has become hostile. He said I can't be having packages sent here without a PO Box. I asked, you stopped general delivery? He told me to fill out a form. All of a sudden, the PO Box requirement disappeared.
