- NENatural- Example-Jul 21, 20252.0I understand this is a sorting facility and not the actual post office, but the staff could've at least been helpful. An important package I ordered had been labeled "insufficient address" and I was directed to inquire to this facility from the post office. A female member I was speaking with was just unresponsive and didn't pay any attention to what my problem was. Any question I had was shot down or a sharp cut-off from what I was explaining. Came in with a positive disposition and with clear instruction on what my shipping issue is, all that to just speak to a sub-brick. Honestly, I would recommend FedEx or UPS in this region because of how close to being incompetent the USPS staff is with such rudeness.

I filed a complaint and an investigation. Usps is trash and always will be I was told it will take up to 2 days for them to even go looking for it and if the person who got my package keeps it I was told it's my fault and and I will half to go threw this and that just to get my $ back from the seller. This place is a joke and always will be. You think being under the federal government would make them not slack or act dumb but yet here we are. I will be telling the mailman something next time I see him. This is ridiculous
