I never have had a problem with this post office until recently. The past 3 months I have been picking up my mail, certain envelopes (I.S.D.) are torn open at the corners to where someone can peak at the contents. They aren't big envelopes so they wouldn't snag. Odd

I’m not surprised to see they have such low ratings. From the very first day we came here, a few years ago when we moved to this area, my husband and I noticed that most of the people who work here don’t like to help. They just do their job, and barely. They always look annoyed, are impatient, and rarely friendly. Many times, you can clearly tell they could do what you’re asking for, but they say they won’t—just out of laziness or lack of willingness to help. They really should change the staff and the management, because this is a place that requires a true spirit of service.

2 male workers need to have a better customer service skills!!! 1 husky worker will not help you.....if your a hot babe or he knows you! Then he will help you with a package or mail or whatever you need. Other then that he ignores you - so just stand there until another worker comes out then she/he will help you (there's 2 women and 1 man) they are alright and will help you.
Another young worker loves smacking his chewing gum - has a "hurry up" attitude also. Smack away with his mouth open - could care less. This post office use to have a friendly vibe - when you come in there be 1 or 2 workers there saying good morning or hello to you. Now not friendly anymore. So just go in and do what you have to do and leave.

Workers honestly seem like they don’t want to work there, they’re pretty unhelpful with everything, I tried picking up my package that needed a signature, I stated to him that it’s a pretty large package. He proceeds to just look through very small letters and tells me that it’s not there. He proceeded to tell me to check again and wouldn’t check my tracking number or anything, it’s sad to see many employers just hire useless employees.
