The older woman with reddish-blonde hair that wears glasses may need additional customer service training, as her behavior came across as unfriendly and unhelpful.

I have always found the staff here to be helpful and polite.....not typical of US post offices.

Mail Delivery: Our experience with mail delivery has been inconsistent. The male carrier frequently fails to ring the bell or notify us when delivering certified mail. He has also complained about our driveway length and falsely claimed that tree branches hit his truck—which they do not. Delivery accuracy is hit-or-miss; sometimes mail arrives as expected, other times it's misdelivered or returned without cause. On the other hand, the female mail carrier is excellent—reliable, respectful, and professional. Post Office Service: Unfortunately, the service inside the post office has also been disappointing. A female staff member mishandled two certified letters containing time-sensitive legal documents. Despite explicitly requesting return receipts, one was sent without it. When I returned to address the issue, she insisted she had given me the green slips (she had not) and blamed the system for not recognizing the government address—though it worked the day before. She also seemed irritated rather than helpful. I ended up paying $16.30 for one mailing and $20.70 for the other with subpar service. This experience reflected a serious lack of attention to detail and accountability.
