Had sent out a package on the 14th to get there way before Christmas & just got off the phone with the claims department to find out it hasn’t even parted from estancia. Please don’t use this service go to ups. They are very shady here. They knew the high priced items being sent now all of the sudden it’s lost. Weird stuff.
