Had sent out a package on the 14th to get there way before Christmas & just got off the phone with the claims department to find out it hasn’t even parted from estancia. Please don’t use this service go to ups. They are very shady here. They knew the high priced items being sent now all of the sudden it’s lost. Weird stuff.

- NLNicole LutherMay 1, 20251.0The Estancia nm postal worker with bleached hair is so rude! I went in to pick up a package and she told me they aren't supposed to take fed ex deliveries! I can't help who is bringing my orders nor did I know who delivery was! I literally live 2 minutes from the post office and they refused to have our mail delivered to a mailbox I would install! My neighbors have mailboxes but they discriminate against us probably because we just moved here from Alabama.Rudest most obnoxious po worker ever.What a shameful business
