Her reasoning is if you don’t pay to have a post box at her office you don’t get mail they just send it back to shipper. Do your job people stop being lazy

The person who helped us today- I tried to see his name tag and unfortunately wasn’t able to catch his name this time- is why we write this five star review. He was very professional, helpful, and polite- we appreciated his service today. I will update this review when we learn his name next time 😇 overall good location, as well, have never had a problem

Even though online the tracking number said it was ready for pick up she denied me my package for four hours .!!! Stupidity no wonder they got bailed out worst delivery company ever have had nothing but problems .
