- MMmille6seFeb 7, 20263.0You know what, they’re trying. It’s wildly understaffed and overworked. Now that everyone is getting packages from Amazon all the time…. It’s really impossible to expect perfect service considering these limitations. The hours and lines are hard to deal with. Especially if you work during the day and can’t spend a lot of time tracking down your packages and mail. I get the frustrations but if people are actually trying. What can you do?

Made excuses to screw up their work then invasively tried to dictate things about my personal life passive aggressively. Which they already stand ready to gaslight over. They’ll lie about it. Dear God, boundaries! My personal life is none of your business! Curb your gossip!!
- HGHue GonzalesOct 22, 20251.0I have tried getting a package I shipped out from Anchorage, before leaving back to NM, delivered to this Post Office and it’s been returned to sender TWICE! This whole dilemma of getting on the phone with USPS customer service to have my package delivered has been ongoing for almost a month now, just for it to get returned to sender, again….apparently the initial address I put was insufficient, then the locker number I inputted afterwards did not exist. It confuses and frustrates me on how something straightforward like this shouldn’t be such a headache. Many valuables in this box!! DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE IF POSSIBLE!

This same postal worker seems to be missing some basic social cues. Consistently, she cannot seem to answer questions directly and would rather just be childish and annoying.
