I have tried getting a package I shipped out from Anchorage, before leaving back to NM, delivered to this Post Office and it’s been returned to sender TWICE! This whole dilemma of getting on the phone with USPS customer service to have my package delivered has been ongoing for almost a month now, just for it to get returned to sender, again….apparently the initial address I put was insufficient, then the locker number I inputted afterwards did not exist. It confuses and frustrates me on how something straightforward like this shouldn’t be such a headache. Many valuables in this box!! DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE IF POSSIBLE!

If I could give zero stars I would. The gray haired woman working the counter refused to give me my package even with my ID due to them not accepting packages for pickup if the address is insufficient; also citing some arbitrary rule about only 1 package if that is the case. My package is physically there at the post office and the old bench will not hive it to me.
I've opened a ticket with USPS, with even the woman I spoke to on the phone telling me if the package was there, and I had my ID, then they should have given it to me. I'm literally in town working and its something I need for my job and she refuses to just scan it and give it to me.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
