We only sometimes get our mail, other times we may never receive our packages at all or are forced to drive to the post office to pick it up. We have had tome sensitive packages delayed due to their refusal to consistently deliver our mail. Im looking into what action can be taken because there must be some type of standards they are not meeting. All my packages are marked that I requested them to be held, NO I DID NOT EVER REQUEST THAT.
