If keys were turned in isn't it your responsibility to get a hold of main PO box holder before just taking keys back from other person? Why should the main person be responsible for paying for another key when person who turned them in did not have permission to do so? The main holder of that box wasn't even aware of the turn in of the key. So disappointed can't believe that seems right ????
