- PPPerkonOct 3, 20254.0I really like sending mail out from this location and most of the staff. However, Michael Cook is my least favorite staff member. When he is running the counter I can't get any questions answered. I can't get any proper assistance and I get a bunch of excuses. I'm making it now a point that when I see him in the counter I go to a different USPS.
- ABAlayne BallantineAug 29, 20255.0The Corrales Post Office is great! Mrs. Celeste, Pete and Mary Elaine are all wonderful people. As a small village it is the hub for a lot of things and can often be a bustling place, but everyone there does their best and is always kind. I get greeted with my name every time and they have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. Right now the Post Office doesn’t have AC and all the employees are really working hard to try and keep up with normal routines as much as they can while it gets fixed. Ive been using this post office since I was a child and stop by almost everyday!

My experiences at this facility have consistently reflected poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unacceptable operating conditions. Specifically: Customer Service Issues: Staff routinely demonstrate little accountability, and service at the counter is extremely slow, often with only one register open despite long lines. Facility Concerns: The air conditioning in the building is not functioning, making the interior uncomfortably hot for both customers and staff. This creates an unpleasant and unprofessional environment. Mail Handling Problems: Despite completing multiple change-of-address and update forms, my mail is repeatedly mishandled or delayed. Processing times are inconsistent and unreasonably long. Lack of Leadership Response: I have attempted to contact the postmaster, by both phone and email. Despite leaving messages and following up, I have never received a response. This lack of communication reflects poorly on management and suggests a complete absence of accountability. In my experience, this location is the poorest-performing post office in the region, and the lack of leadership responsiveness only worsens the situation.
