  I just left the store…girl with brown hair just a bit past her shoulders was extremely rude. I’m not familiar with UPS so much as I don’t use their services often and she treated me like crap for it. She couldn’t get the right zip code for my package and every time I asked a question because she wasn’t explaining anything she just stared at me and gave the shortest answer. Literally wouldn’t even ask anyone for help just said its not putting the right zip code. Didn’t even say sorry or anything. I just took my package and left in tears because she clearly didn’t want me there and clearly hates helping people.

  Usually pretty pleasant workers here. However yesterday (1/02) I went in to send off some packages and the girl working was extremely RUDE. Tossing the packages rolling her eyes didn’t say one word to me. I didn’t recognize her as a normal worker so maybe she was just seasonal help. Hopefully!! because wow she shouldn’t be working in customer service! Maybe she should try cooking at McDonalds or something along the lines of that.

  Brenda does not need to be in a customer service job, period!! I literally don't ship things out so I had no idea what I was doing, and led off the conversation with that. She proceeded to have a poor attitude the whole transaction and continued to get frustrated by having to walk me through the process. I told her idk who its going to, its a work thing and that all info she needs is on the label. Sorry you had to read a bit young lady. At the end, instead of handing me my receipt like someone with an ounce of professionalism would, she just tossed it across the counter and walked off. I had to ask the other worker if I was done, and then what is wrong with Brenda. I feel sorry for her, she clearly doesn't enjoy her work, and by the looks of it life in general. UPS should help her out by putting her back onto the job market for treating their customers so poorly. And they'd help themselves by getting someone not so repulsive to be the face of their operation. I manage a restaurant and get people in alllll the time who don't know the menu, where to order, etc. but I would never in my wildest dreams treat them like that. I'd walk them through how it all works. Because its customer service. Brenda is probably the biggest reason yall have such a poor rating on the Clovis location. Or the management for allowing it🤷‍♂️

  Went in to return a few things and the shorter employee with long hair was extremely rude. I try to come as prepared as possible but she was very impatient and snappy when I was trying to gather my items.
