My PO Box is at a different location but I do all of my shipping at this one because of the professionalism and customer service that Marcos provides. He’s thorough, clear and concise and always goes the extra mile to explain and provide solutions. He understands our needs and always does his best to help out when he can. Out of all the USPS locations I’ve ever been to, Marcos is the best employee I’ve ever worked with. USPS you are are lucky to have this kind, friendly and professional person as an employee. He is always super helpful for me in determining the best shipping method, packaging, ect. He is extremely knowledgeable. Best of all Marcos is very friendly and kind and I always feel welcome when I enter his office. I go to Cliff post office just to work with him, even though Gila is a little closer. In my 7 years of running a home based shipping business, this is by far the BEST USPS experience i’ve had.
