- SNSaki NDec 7, 20245.0Both the workers at this location are super polite and helpful. I get many packages and send many due to my trading card business. I had far more issues when I was living in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, since they don't deliver to your house your PO BOX has to be references somewhere to have them hold the delivery. Som places won't accept PO Box and in such instances just put your address followed by # and the number of your PO box.
- SLSequoia LivesJul 30, 20241.0The man working the front was rude and.unhelpful deliberately after being asked politely about their General Delivery service. Apparently, this post office location does not accept General deliveries although the website says they do. When I asked about GD all he said was “ I don’t do general delivery “ as if he personally didn’t do that . I asked for more details and he didn’t say anything about returning items that were being delivered and then 30 minutes later rejected UPS delivery for me. He could have elaborated or explained, but he let me think my package would be delivered and it would be fine, then he deliberately returned the package that I just tried to pick up. A Terrible human being who should be retrained or fired.
