- TWTracie WoolseyNov 19, 20251.0I live in Artesia, and my husband and I took time off work and drove to Carlsbad needing to get passports made. I called the number, spoke with someone who said they do walk-in customers from 3-4pm, and pictures from 1-3pm. This is confirmed on the website as well. We came in at 2:45pm, and the camera is down and broken with no estimated time of repair. They then refused to do walk-in because they are "under-staffed" even though James, the worker in the post office we spoke with at the counter, did 2 different people in line before myself and my husband because they were "appointments". What a joke. Not coming back here. Terrible service!

- MTMissy TateDec 31, 20194.0I have been waiting on a package since the 26th..they put a card in there saying they tried to deliver but I wasnt home..THATS A LIE!! I have to sign for this package. I have not received ANYTHING in my mail box from them..saying they will try again..or last attempt or ANYTHING!! I live in an upstairs apartment right across the street from our mailboxes..I have seen them come n go..NOT ONCE trying to deliver it to me!! I guess they are TOO LAZY to bring it upstairs!!! PATHETIC!! WHERE'S MY PACKAGE???? I am disabled and I do not drive..this has been A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
