- TWTracie Woolsey5 days ago1.0I live in Artesia, and my husband and I took time off work and drove to Carlsbad needing to get passports made. I called the number, spoke with someone who said they do walk-in customers from 3-4pm, and pictures from 1-3pm. This is confirmed on the website as well. We came in at 2:45pm, and the camera is down and broken with no estimated time of repair. They then refused to do walk-in because they are "under-staffed" even though James, the worker in the post office we spoke with at the counter, did 2 different people in line before myself and my husband because they were "appointments". What a joke. Not coming back here. Terrible service!

- PBPamela BJul 1, 20251.0I went to this post office to send a few things back how my total was ten ten I paid with a fifty and he only gave me back seventeen ones so I went back inside to get the rest the man that gave me the seventeen ones said he gave me seventeen ones and a 20( which was a lie ) he told me had given me 39 dollars in one dollar bills I got to my car be for leaving and counted my change he only gave me 17 ones when I went back in for the rest of my change and to let him know I was twenty dollars short on my change he had given me he started being rude and telling me I need the twenty dollars more then him all the whole making comments he needs to get fired and they need to hire someone who knows basic math and how to give the right chance if any get the African American man her make sure to count you change and make sure it's correct because he did all of this in front of his manager him and the manager should be let I'm not even from here but for him to give me attitude and trying to call me broke what a disgrace to the company

They don’t deliver packages to your house and are all together a shitty service if I could have my mail to through someone else all the time I would but sadly I can’t. This is ridiculous and honestly pathetic. Do better people.
