- KHKate HydeAug 28, 20231.0Constantly losing the mail. Had one instance when they were training a new carrier and ended up losing my package because she couldn’t find her way around. DO NOT have any time sensitive materials delivered to you using usps in Bloomfield. Chances are you will not get it. Informed delivery says I have two very important letters supposed to come today but nothing. Go to the office and ask and only thing we get told is the carrier for our place has already been done and moved to her next area.
- KAKay AnnAug 11, 20201.0They paid to delete my other review, so here goes. Employees are NOT helpful and NOT friendly. The last time I stepped foot in this place, a woman was absolutely nasty. I could not stand it, so I let my kids get the receipt. She started asking them where they lived and was harassing them! Luckily, our address was not on our packages. I've seen employees argue with customers, they have no decency or respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't work with customers if you don't know customer service!
