They lost stuff so much that GameFly cancelled my account because of it and they will no longer serve me... The need to fire the new manager and get someone in there that will make sure the job is done right.. signed pissed off customer

Extremely frustrated that I have to go down to post office to pick up packaged and either told they don't have them or I am not given everything, so have to make a second trip and sometimes third trip! Calling and speaking to someone doesn't matter. The packages will come for awhile and then go back to not receiving. Get it together!
