- AAAnahiOct 21, 20251.0This is the WORST post office. I never get my mail delivered and when I order packages they never leave them because of the “dogs” and are just lazy and leave a pink slip in the mailbox saying there was not a secure location when they don’t even try to come into my driveway to leave the package. I’ve been calling them for a package that says it’s has gotten delivered but never really got delivered and they have yet to answer my phone call or return a call.

- LLLalaApr 20, 20231.0I pay to get my mail forward to my new address but they will send other family members mail from the old address as well to my new address, when they are still living there and names don't match the yellow note on the bottom telling the name of who's mail will forward. I had tried bringing this concern to them but they don't understand or don't correct it, just to double check names. Since this they have had important cards sent to me. You guys just expect me to deliver the mail back an hour of where I live.

Now..... we are having to go back to the state we came from for awhile, for reasons I am not going to go into, and they were very helpful with me giving up the mailbox. Great service.
- KMKiria MiltonSep 23, 20201.0This is the WORST post office ever the staff are unbelievable. My printer was running out of ink and messed up the scan part a little but the numbers came out perfect. The staff there refused to help ship out and refused to type in the numbers no one was there just one other guy and she still didn’t do it. The post office in peralta Los Lunas was very polite and extremely helpful as well as thoughtful and helped type the numbers so we could still ship it NEVER again will I go to Belen post office. it’s dirty as well and with covid-19 you think they would clean a bit. Complete trash service.
