I’ve been to many USPS locations and by far Marcos is the best ever. He doesn’t just see it as a job. He understands what it means to be of service and to work for the people. Lately there’s been issues with packages not going directly to their destination, with no fault to anyone over at Bayard. Every time it happens I can call on Marcos and he finds a way to get a hold of the right people to redirect and get my shipment to its proper destination. If anyone over at USPS who’s an executive, president or vp is reading these reviews, please pay this employee more. Make him the lead trainer for how your employees should be. He’s one of your greatest assets and by far the best I’ve ever came across. Every business should have a Marcos on their team! No, every business should have all their employees be like Marcos. Thanks Marcos, you are one of the main reasons I enjoy shipping and doing business with USPS.
