I could instantly tell the man I was talking to had zero desire to help figure out the issue - even though my customer had paid USPS a massive amount in postage to get her items overnighted. Very short/rude with no desire to help me understand why or how the failed delivery happened. I asked if he could check the tracking for me and he was very unwilling to do that and was bothered by any of my questions.

It’s ridiculous how they run this place and I shouldn’t have to be forced to get a Dang refund cause my post office in ocate only does letters only. I wish more online sites would leave USPS and just run with UPS or FedEx… absolutely done with this place.
