I could instantly tell the man I was talking to had zero desire to help figure out the issue - even though my customer had paid USPS a massive amount in postage to get her items overnighted. Very short/rude with no desire to help me understand why or how the failed delivery happened. I asked if he could check the tracking for me and he was very unwilling to do that and was bothered by any of my questions.

I’ve been here a year and we now and we have a post master that keeps everything running smoothly and by the book. The long term locals/temporary residents and people with free PO Boxes complain about everything and they pay nothing for the service here. The post office is so much more than a mail service, I salute all the postal workers and appreciate their continued hard work and service to the community
