- TCTucker CrosbyJan 9, 20241.0The post office guy always sends back my packages whenever there is a minor problem in the address. If the P.O. Box isn’t in the address it gets send back causing more carbon footprint which makes me upset. He knows that it’s me but still decided to send stuff back.

He is just sending EVERYONE’S packages if they don’t have a PO Box!! He refuses to even try to find the PO BOX??? He is doing so much damage to this community!!!

I have had employees tell me that as long as it has the owners last name on the package, they will be out in the P.O. Box. And I’ve experienced this working! (So at least some of the employees follow this rule) I’ve also been told that unless they have the owners Full Name on the package, they will not be put in the P.O. Box. FINALLY, I was also told recently (by a really mean guy), that unless the package has the P.O. Box listed on the second line, he will try to return the package on the same day. He told us that he will not hold onto the packages, just because they don’t have the P.O. Box number on the package. I do not have the name of the guy that told me that. I cannot believe that around Christmas time, this guy would really actively try to return packages that are likely presents for others
