Well, guess what? No box! My mom has gone there twice to ask about it and was given the cold shoulder and a snarky response each time! They said someone in her household must've picked it up -- uh, no -- she's the only one in the household. I realize the USPS is very busy this time of year, but the lack of common decency and politeness towards an elderly woman is appalling!! Not only that, how do they receive a package, then note that it was received, and then note it was placed in a parcel locker when IT IS NOT THERE?! Come on!
