Mailed a small box of Christmas gifts to my mother. The tracking showed the box was received and placed in a parcel locker on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021 at 9:53AM. Well, guess what? No box! My mom has gone there twice to ask about it and was given the cold shoulder and a snarky response each time! They said someone in her household must've picked it up -- uh, no -- she's the only one in the household. I realize the USPS is very busy this time of year, but the lack of common decency and politeness towards an elderly woman is appalling!! Not only that, how do they receive a package, then note that it was received, and then note it was placed in a parcel locker when IT IS NOT THERE?! Come on!

This is by far the worst post office experience I have ever had. They are not courteous, they have no desire to help and absolutely do not care if you need to get important mail that they say in writing that your notice is in your mail box, but is not, to pick up but will not give you your mail/package even with the tracking no. and photo I’d. They just flat out are not customer service oriented. Do as little and help as little as possible is their motto! Having to go to the office of the NM PostOffice General!

Was treated like I was interrupting their personal conversation. They finished talking and then asked what I wanted. They informed that my package was "probably sent back" and then just walked away like I insulted her. Affirmation of why I have my postal business elsewhere.
