In a time when my mail was nearly lost, Mr. Rick went above and beyond—taking the extra time, care, and effort to make sure it found its way back to me. Also, my personal letters from my mother that have TYPED address have been returned to sender even though I've been living at my current residence for almost 2 years. This postal service is a JOKE
