- BBBenjamin BecerraMar 27, 20261.0Lady there said I had to wait in line to get the priority envelopes. Once I got them I had to fill them out and get them ready and step aside. I sealed the envelopes but because I sealed them wrong I she could not use them as flat rate and that I had to pay by weight. By weight it came out cheaper than the a flat rate so she cancelled it and charged me the flat rate. I said I thought you couldn’t use them as flat rate, she said I can after all.
- JWJessi WMar 25, 20261.0They allow people to hold the line up filling out certified mail and then when the customer fills out the certified mail, they are allowed to cut the line. Except when I PERSONALLY fill out certified mail, then I AM told to go get in the BACK of the line and wait. You only get to cut the line if you're not a younger female. I waited in line for fifteen minutes as a person was filling out certified. When it was my turn, the female worked said.. uh no, he was next and let the person who wasn't even DONE filling out the certificate get in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they say that's not my post office. That's funny because that's where I picked my keys up and that's where I go to pick up held packages. But sure, not my post office. Y'all are a joke.

I have gone to the post office numerous times as well as talk to representatives on the phone and they keep assuring me, my change of address has been done and the carrier should be delivering mail to my new address. However, it is now March 2026 and I’m still not getting my mail. I received a call from one of the managers there and he left a message stating my mail was going all over the place. I am not sure why this is happening. I have even spoke to someone at internal affairs and still nothing. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Postal Service location.
