- GCGabriel CampollaMar 6, 20261.0USPS routinely loses my packages or "can't find my address" though I am right in the middle of a normal neighborhood in town. So, I got a PO Box - same nonsense. They routinely send packages back to senders because they can't find my address nor (now) my PO Box. In fact, my PO Box often has other PO Box mail in it. The incompetence is real and I am adjusting all of my accounts to avoid USPS. As expected, the staff is always rude and unwilling to help. There is no excuse for this behavior and it is completely unacceptable.
