  This is a hard one because I got amazing service from Matthew although Sabrina was very rude to Matthew in front of me. You could obviously tell he’s still learning or had some questions. Matthew was very happy to get guidance from her although I think maybe somebody should talk to her and let her know that everybody needs to learn somehow someway and maybe she should have some patience if she’s gonna be a trainer or somebody in management give lots of kudos to Matthew. He was doing great

  Before I moved about a year ago I brought a small box to them. I think this young guy was a California transplant. He for some reason took a dislike to my box which was well within their set parameters flipped it over on its head in a huff while I’m hearing ceramic cups which I had carefully wrapped breaking to pieces. At that time I was under great stress which means it took everything I had to keep from dragging his skinny neck across the counter. He was SO incredibly RUDE to me it was unjustifiable! If he’s still there you’ve been warned. He’s a total jerk.

  Extremely rude. Was in the store on 2/28 at 5:53 PM needing to get some expensive fragile items packed so that I could transport them home to Seattle on a flight. The two young women there informed me that they would not be able to accept the items due to it being close to closing time, which is completely understandable. My issue is not getting no for an answer, it is the rude and unprofessional way in which the young woman in charge communicated with me as if she was annoyed and maybe even angered by my being there. I am needing to ship these items due to a death in the family that occurred just a few hours ago, The rudeness encountered was unacceptable in any event but I wonder if these employees ever stop to consider what their customers may be going through. This was a huge disappointment and I intend to make sure the franchise owner and UPS corporate gets feedback regarding how people are operating their business on their behalf.

  Was charged 3.50$ by Laurence to print one b&w shipping label billed as “ computer use minimum ”. I did not touch or use a UPS computer. And have never had this charge at any other UPS store. I’d like that money refunded. The employee also didn’t mention this charge until after shipping label was printed. Will not do business here again. And I notice responses to Google reviews are automated generated. Update: Product received by Amazon. Called the following day to complain about the bogus and unusual charge to print one B&W copy (shipping label) and another employee explained this $3.50 charge is "how the owner keeps track" <of Amazon returns and shipping labels>.
