understand that notaries have discretion, but refusing to notarize a completely filled‑out standard affidavit solely because the format was unfamiliar to the notary is not a valid legal reason under notary rules. The document was complete, the signer was present and properly identified, and I specifically scheduled around the only time this person was available. Being turned away on the basis of “I’m not comfortable with this format” felt arbitrary and wasted my time and effort, and I expect better from a professional notary service. She told me it was her last day, which only made it worse. If this is the kind of employee you hire and allow to represent your company until the last minute, then it shows your company doesn’t really care about customers or professional service.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES. I have tried different days and times to get documentation notarized and continue to be told “we are short staffed and therefore cannot notarize”. Although they have the capability to do so, they refuse because of their internal retention issue. They need to stop offering notary services! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION. I recommend the Menaul and Wyoming UPS store. They are consistent, professional, and never turn customers away.
I went in to return items to Amazon, I had exclusively used this store in the past. I was scolded by the rude man at the counter for not pre-printing my labels, I was scolded loudly and in front of other employees and customers. I don't have a printer and in the past was able to have to QR code scanned. I didn't realize the process has changed, I was asked to email it to the store which I did. The rude man was unable to get the printouts straight and in the end, after the packages were sent, was given a tracking sheet for one return even though I brought in two items. I was so embarrassed, I didn't feel I could go back in to corrections made. Now I'll drive further to avoid this person and treatment.

Every time when you bring Amazon package to return, if you didn’t tape your box, they will charge you two bucks to tape .They try to sell you a new box and tape, They keep telling you the tape is not good and these kind of stuff,,,,,,so ridiculous

This is usually an efficient location. However, today I went in and stood behind a customer who was having a very long non-business conversation with the clerk. A second clerk was doing other things, not helping customers. It became clear it would be an even longer wait, so headed to another location.
