  Monday April 6, 2026 Two out of three printers were 'unavailable'. Therefore my wait time was 6x longer. I need predictability!

  The Associate was rude and when I asked to have something sent via UPS (to avoid having to go to another place with time I didn't have) she looked at me and told me that sending a UPS envelope (with 10 pages in it) would cost me hundreds of dollars to send. I said hundreds? How many hundreds -$200? $300? $400? She just said yes...??? She didn't want to be bothered with assisting me with a UPS order.

  I went in today to do an Amazon return and went to the same cash register I've always gone to return Amazon items, the one near the restrooms. I waited for a bit and no one was tending to me. So I asked a man working behind the counter if this was the correct place for Amazon returns. He told me no and pointed to the area where they do printing and laminates. I stood in line there for a while and then I noticed this same man was tending to a woman at the cash register near the restrooms. He scanned a label on the woman's package and gave the woman a piece of paper that they always give you as proof of your Amazon return. So then I asked the man again if that counter that he was now helping the woman from was in fact for Amazon returns and he said no and pointed to the area where he told me to go to originally. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. The man went back to working on something and didn't make the effort to assist me. Extremely frustrated, I decided to leave because the customer service was horrible.
